Students will learn the fundamentals of sewing, beginning with the introduction to the sewing machine. Throughout the course they will learn how to thread the sewing machine, properly cut fabric, learn about different fabrics and their uses and use patterns with a workbook or easy commercial patterns. They will make several projects, each building on skills learned. Each student works on their projects at their own pace and is encouraged to be creative thus building confidence and self-esteem.
With a student/teacher ratio of 4:1, there is lots of guidance for each student.
The club is a continuous course from September thru May and meets the same day and same time each week with a variety of days and times to choose from.

Registration fee: $65.00
reserves students seat and includes workbook/most patterns
Monthly Class fee: $180.00 + tax per month
payment for monthly fee is payable on the first of each month, in person , by cash, or debit or by e-transferring to : bonnie@littlehartdesigns.com
Fabric and notions (thread, buttons, zippers etc.) are the responsibility of the student. Most fabric can be purchased thru the school for your convenience
one sewing machines per person is provided as well as tools and supplies required
Students come to class for one and a half hours every week, (same day and time)

Friday: 6:30-8pm
